Labels are for reading, sharing and deciding. Don’t scrape safeuse wholesale, resell labels as your own, hammer the scanner with automation, or use it to harass anyone. We can suspend accounts that do.
Safeuse is provided as-is: no label is guaranteed complete, current or error-free, and every finding carries its source so you can check it. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you is capped at what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. The cap never covers death or injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or anything the law won’t let us limit, and consumers keep their statutory rights.
Delete your account any time in Settings. We can suspend accounts that break section 06. If we ever shut safeuse down, you get notice and time to export your data.
