Safeuse reads the public privacy, billing, and security documents of AI tools and turns them into a plain-language label, with every finding cited to its source and dated. It’s research, gathered honestly and shown clearly.
Only AI tools. That’s the whole job. AI products ship fast, handle unusually sensitive data, and fail in ways older software doesn’t, so they get their own label.
It is not legal, security, or financial advice, and it can’t replace your own judgment. Findings reflect the cited sources as of the scan date. AI tools change their terms, sometimes the day after a scan, and public sources can themselves be wrong or incomplete. Verify anything you’re about to bet your business on.
Safeuse is in beta. Things will occasionally break, checks will evolve, and labels will improve. We’d rather tell you that here than pretend otherwise.
You sign in with a magic link sent to your email, so keep that inbox secure. One account per person. You’re responsible for what happens under your account.
Labels are for reading, sharing, and deciding. Don’t scrape safeuse wholesale, resell the labels as your own product, hammer the scanner with automation, or use the service to harass anyone. We can suspend accounts that do.
We work hard to get findings right, and every finding carries its source so you can check us. Still, safeuse is provided as-is: we can’t guarantee any label is complete, current, or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
No AI tool we scan pays us, sponsors us, or gets to edit its label. This will never change. The day safeuse takes money from the tools it checks is the day safeuse stops making sense, so there is no version of this company where that happens. Our only revenue is from the people we protect, and if safeuse is ever sold, this rule binds the buyer too.
You can delete your account any time in Settings. We can suspend accounts that break section 6. If we ever shut safeuse down, we’ll give you notice and time to export your data.
If these terms change materially, we’ll email you before the change takes effect. The independence rule in section 8 is permanent and excluded from this: it cannot be amended. Questions go to hello@safeuse.app, and a human answers. Governing law: England and Wales.
