Using Safeuse, paying for a plan, and the rights you keep.

Safeuse turns public information about AI tools into labels with dated evidence and monitoring updates. Findings reflect available sources and checks, not a guarantee that a tool is safe. This is research, not legal, security or financial advice. Verify important decisions. The service is in beta and may have interruptions.
Use it fairly.
Keep your sign-in details secure. Use accurate account information and only submit public tool URLs. You may read and share labels; do not resell them as your own, scrape the service in bulk, bypass limits or use it unlawfully.
A plan with clear limits.
The plans page shows check allowances and watch slots; checkout confirms your price, currency and billing period before you pay. Stripe processes payments. Monthly allowances renew monthly; yearly allowances are granted upfront. Unused checks expire at renewal.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before renewal. Cancel in Settings: paid benefits continue to the end of your paid term, then product access locks while your data remains. Deleting an account ends access and billing after billing closure is confirmed.
Your rights still apply.
Cancelling renewal is separate from requesting a refund. Consumer cancellation and refund rights under applicable law are preserved. Where UK or EU distance-contract rules apply, consumers normally have 14 days from entering the service contract to withdraw without giving a reason. Starting to use Safeuse does not automatically waive those rights.
To withdraw, request a refund or report a problem, email hello@safeuse.app with your account email and purchase date. Refunds and any lawful charge for service already supplied follow the applicable rules.
Reasonable care. Honest limits.
We use reasonable care and skill, but public information can be incomplete or change after a check. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or limits rights and remedies the law protects.
If things change.
We may suspend misuse or end the service, subject to applicable notice and refund rights. Material changes to paid terms will be notified in advance; changes do not remove your existing consumer rights.
